Chazzan and Mohel Rabbi Moshe Ginz was
born in Israel and received his rabbinic ordination at Harry
Fischel Institute of Jerusalem. His early musical training was
under the tutelage of his father, who was a Chazzan and
opera singer.
His formal training took place at Seminar Sela
Musical Academy in Tel-Aviv under Chazzan Joseph Malavony.
He was the cantor at Young Israel of Chomedy in Montreal and
has been cantor at Beth Jacob V'Anshe Drildz Synagogue in Toronto since 1988. He also currently serves
as the dietary supervisor of the Kosher Kitchen at Toronto's
Mount Sinai Hospital.

Monday to Thursday -- Rabbi Ginz teaches a 15-minute class after
the service, on topics such as medical ethics, Rambam,
dietary law, and Jewish festivals.
